IRS Authorization
If NC Planning will obtain an EIN Tax ID Number with the IRS on your behalf, authorization documents for this will require your signature. As part of the entity formation, estate administration or trust services, NC Planning will apply for the company’s Tax ID (EIN) unless otherwise directed. You hereby document your consent and authorization for NC Planning or its designated attorney or agent to act on behalf of the company in filing for the EIN by preparing IRS Form SS-4, acquiring the company’s EIN with the IRS and answering any questions on your or the company’s behalf related to such EIN. You also agree to provide NC Planning with the proper and truthful information to complete the IRS Form SS-4 and upon completion you will consent to such approval by signing a copy of the IRS Form SS-4. A copy of this document will remain on file in the office of NC Planning.
