Michelle is an essential member of our Client Services Team. As a Client Services Coordinator, she may be one of the first people to answer your call or greet you for your meetings with our team. She is part of your planning process from the start. Her dedication to ensuring our clients receive excellent service is at the top of her to do list. She wants what is best for the client and is always willing to go the extra mile for them. She especially likes getting to know our clients and making them feel right at home.
Michelle studied at Campbell University and NC State University. She has always been passionate about helping others since she was a teenager. During her “stay at home mom” years, she was a consistent volunteer, leading with a local MOPs group (Mothers of Preschoolers), Girl Scouts, local PTAs at the schools where her children attended. She and her family enjoy helping members of the community through different organizations like the American Red Cross, Autism Society of NC, Autism Speaks, Alzheimer’s Association and their church, Crossroads Fellowship.
Family is very important to Michelle. Along with her husband, David, they have raised 3 exceptional kids, 2 of which have been diagnosed with learning disabilities and autism. Michelle is close to her father, a retired Army veteran, and she developed her love for all things ice hockey or football from watching games with him. Outside of work, you will likely find Michelle and her family at a Carolina Hurricanes game or cheering on their favorite college teams- NCSU Wolfpack, the University of South Carolina Gamecocks and the University of North Carolina Greensboro Spartans.
