- Biography
Daniel graduated from law school at Elon University in 2023 and joined the business planning and corporate counsel team at NCPlanning in 2025. Prior to joining NCPlanning, Daniel litigated a wide variety of commercial, and property matters and served in a parliamentarian role for numerous business entities. Daniel’s interest in business began during his time as a member of the Future Business Leaders of America club in high school and this interest ultimately led him to obtaining his MBA from Elon University as well. Between Daniel’s legal expertise, strong business law knowledge, and passion for helping others, he is equipped and ready to help with any issues his clients may have.
Daniel believes that being a fellow person, not just an attorney, is crucial for helping clients reach their goals and for achieving the best possible outcomes. Daniel embodies this in his laid-back demeanor, his thoughtful consideration of his clients and the personal and professional attention he provides to every matter, every time.
When he’s not advocating and working for his clients, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and having new experiences. Daniel is a self-ascribed foodie and in his free time enjoys golfing, reading, Denver Broncos football, being a dad for his 3 cats, and attending concerts with his fiancé, Hanna.
