Hampton has always had a passion for assisting people in the community and writing. These two passions drove him to attend law school soon after college. Excelling in contracts, business associations, and wills and trusts, Hampton ultimately decided to pursue a legal career in the estate planning and corporate law fields.
Hampton’s unique role as a contracts teaching scholar in law school honed his abilities to communicate legal matters efficiently and clearly. As an attorney, Hampton consistently strives to use his skills to provide clients with straightforward solutions to their estate and business needs. Though the law can be quite complex in certain areas, Hampton’s goal is to provide clients with concise big-picture explanations for how their estate or corporate matters should be handled. Hampton treats every estate or corporate matter—no matter how large or small—with the utmost care and candor.
On the personal side, Hampton is a family man. While work is incredibly important to him, “Family comes first” remains his mantra. Hampton also enjoys taking trips up to the mountains of North Carolina, skiing, playing guitar and violin, and hanging out with long-time friends.
