Olivia Lomonaco

Olivia is an experienced paralegal with a diverse background in several areas of law, including criminal defense, real estate, municipal land use, estate administration, and estate planning. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding of the legal process and a commitment to providing clients with knowledgeable, compassionate, and dependable support.

A native of South Jersey, Olivia began her legal career after relocating to Maine in 2009. She initially worked as a paralegal specializing in criminal defense and bankruptcy before returning to criminal defense in 2011 back in New Jersey. Her career later expanded into real estate and municipal land use law, as well as probate and estate planning, allowing her to develop a broad and well-rounded legal background.

In 2019, Olivia relocated to North Carolina with her son and continued her career in the legal field. She now focuses primarily on estate administration and estate planning, where she takes pride in helping clients and their families navigate the often complex legal and administrative aspects of estate matters. Olivia’s extensive experience and attention to detail allow her to effectively assist attorneys and clients throughout the planning and estate administration process.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband, son, two bonus daughters and her fur baby. She especially enjoys spending time at the beach, being outdoors and cheering on her son from the sidelines as he participates in sports. Family is an important part of Olivia’s life, and she brings that same sense of care, dedication, and personal attention to her work with clients.

Although she now calls North Carolina home, Olivia remains a Jersey girl at heart—a connection she proudly carries with her wherever life takes her. Go birds!
