NC Planning takes your information, wants, and needs and makes it happen in a simple to understand and legally binding form. We’ve worked with NC Planning for five months and will continue to do so in the future. With NC planning, we purchased the full estate plan.Our plan consist’s of a detailed last will and testament, a durable power of attorney,a health care power of attorney, and a authorization for release of health information.

My association with NC Planning started in 2017 when Marilyn and I went to a caregiver’s conference and had the opportunity to listen to Lauren Maxie’s presentation. We realized then that we needed an elder law attorney. She helped us with the process and the knowledge of the steps we needed to take to set up the Irrevocable Trust. Her knowledge and explanation of our future needs gave us confidence and some peace of mind that we had made the right choice with the right person. My mother has Alzheimer’s disease.
Since then, working with the various staff members and the other attorneys have been a positive experience for us. Kyle Frizzelle, Mike Burger, Michelle Armistead, Jennifer Sweazy, and Andreina Reyes-Huff have also been a great part of our continued process with our various legal needs. We find that the personalities of these various team members are as important as their knowledge. Mike Burger is helping me with the PPP loan process and has turned out to be the shoulder that I need to lean on with this complicated process. He has nothing but a possible outlook and the “don’t worry” attitude, which is a piece of mind that you need when you are struggling with trying to everything right and not sure if you have. Kyle Frizzelle and his team has provided us with guidance with our estate planning and his input on things we would have never known. He also has the same sense of helping us with our individual situation and providing his experience and knowledge in helping us to feel comfortable with what we have done. As already mentioned, your knowledge and personality on all of your team members are the two key ingredients for our peace of mind.
